Evan Royster, Penn State. As a junior, Royster averaged 6.5 yards per carry in the Nittany Lions' Spread HD offense, and he'l enter next season as the league's top returning rusher. He and sophomore Stephfon Green will form the best running back combo in the league. With the Lions' three best receivers heading to the NFL, Royster and Green should become the focal point of Penn State's offense.
